It's been a while. But over the last few days I've been busy. I couldn't sleep last Thursday night, tossed and turned all night. I had gone to the Dr Wed, but they said things looked ok, but I woke up Friday shaking and feeling like crap. Then ended up in the worst pain of my life, yes even worse than child birth. I tried to remain calm, but when you can't breath you tend to get a little panicky.
Lilly kept asking if she could sing me the B-I-B-L-E song, to make me feel better.
Jules was trying to rub my back. Sweet girls, were worried about their momma.
Thankfully, we have great parents that came to get the girls and Paul took me to the ER. Here comes the bad nurse part. (After posting a comment last week regarding being nice to your nurse :(
We got to the ER, but seeing as how the pain was so bad, every time I moved I barfed. The triage nurse tried to take my temp, and I threw the prob at her. Then when they did get me in the room, and the nurse left, I was "loudly suggesting" that she hurry up. BUT, when they wanted me to go to the restroom before giving me pain meds, I think that's when I forgot my manners.
To make it short, I had a kidney stone. I had them in the past, but this one was much, much worse. Thankfully, my mother-in-law showed up and decided as well that they weren't moving quite fast enough, and helped them hurry a little faster :)
5 days latter and I still haven't passed the thing. Going to the urologist next week.
The girls have gotten to watch a lot of TV this week.
