Just as I was getting into blogging the computer modem and something else got "fried " during a lighting storm a few weeks back. I have continued to write the girls funny doings in a note book that floats around the house. Summer is going so fast. We use to spend every weekend at the lake with friends, playing. Now we spend weekends trying to find new things for the girls to do, or with a house full of other peoples kid too. The more the merrier. Life has changed, sometimes it feels so strange, but most of the time the days are full of "survival" . Then night falls, and it gets still, and you realize and feel everything that you have learned that day from your children. I realize I really didn't know anything. Will we always feel this lost? According to other mothers that I've talked to...Yes.
I was telling Jules not to shake and jab things in peoples faces. Today it was a metal chopstick being poked toward Lilly's eyes, whom by the way she has now chosen not to thank God for in our nightly prayers. When she asked "why?" I told her she could poke her eye out and she would never be able to see again. Jules: " all she has to do is have the fairies come and take her up to God. He'll giver her a new eye if she ask for it."
